Terms and conditions

• Offer valid from June 15, 2010 to March 31, 2011, for groups from outside the province of Québec, based on availability
• Offer restricted to groups of 20 or more having reserved a minimum of 10 rooms.
• May not be combined with any other offer.
• Offer restricted to eligible motorcoach passengers 18 years of age or over who are Casino Privilèges club members. The member must have his or her Casino Privilèges card personalized (photo ID required).
• Room reservations must be made in accordance with Hilton Lac-Leamy policies. The rate provided is for a classic room
• Room reservations required at least 7 business days in advance.
• To receive the tour operator bonus, the organizer must have a travel agent licence and any other permits required.
• Bonuses will be paid monthly, in Canadian dollars, by cheque made out to the company. Refund of $10 per passenger, up to a maximum of $500 per stay, including taxes.

When making the reservation, the organizer must choose between the following two promotions :

• • Limit of one 3,000 Privilèges Points per Casino Privilèges member, per stay.
  • Maximum of one 3,000 Privilèges Points offer, valid for the Casino du Lac-Leamy visit on day 2, beginning at 7 a.m. The Privilèges Points are automatically deposited into the cardholder’s Casino Privilèges account when his or her card is inserted into the Casino Privilèges terminal.
  • Minimum length of the casino visit is 4 hours per stay, excluding meals and shows.

The Meal Deal promotion

• • Limit of one $10 offer in promotional credits per group member, per stay. Promotional credits are non-redeemable and valid on day of issue, and are activated following a first gaming activity at a slot machine. Daily transfer of total dollar balances available at specially marked slot machines. Prior personalization of the Casino Privilèges card and the use of a personal identification number (PIN) required.
  • The $10 voucher is redeemable at the Casino’s restaurants, bars and boutique. One $10 voucher per Casino Privilèges member, per stay.
  • Minimum length of the casino visit is 5 hours per stay, excluding meals and shows.

• The Société des casinos du Québec inc. reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation and limit the number of motorcoach arrivals.
• Any abuse of privileges, failure to respect the conditions or use deemed fraudulent may void this offer and the member’s Casino Privilèges club membership.
