The Casino is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Admission
Admission is restricted to patrons 18 and over, including the
restaurants.
Access to the Casino is restricted to persons 18 years of age and
older. Visitors appearing to be under age 25 will be requested to
present a piece of government-issued photo ID.
Security
The Casino de Montréal is equipped with highly sophisticated
security and surveillance systems, and security personnel are
strategically posted both inside and outside the facility.
Collecting your Winnings
Game winnings are paid out in full and are non-taxable.

From the Jean-Drapeau Metro station (formerly Île-Sainte-Hélène),
take the Casino bus (#777) right to our door.

La Boutique sells casual apparel for men and women, regional and
imported foodstuffs, jewellery, watches, sunglasses, perfumes, household

La Boutique opening hours:
Monday to Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m.
Open day and night from Friday to Monday (from 9 a.m. Friday to 3 a.m. Monday)
La Boutique is located on Level A of the Pavillon de la
France.
Gift certificates in denominations of $10, $25, $50 and $100
are on sale and can be used in restaurants, bars and boutiques at any
Québec casino. Gift certificates may be purchased in person or by
calling 514-392-2728 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
(payment by credit card only for phone orders).
Exchange and refund policy: within 10 days of purchase upon
presentation of original invoice. Does not apply to lotteries and
candy. Please note that refunds will not be made for purchases made
with comps.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge to clients during their
visit. These can be obtained at any of the cloakrooms, with proof of
identity. We do not accept wheelchair reservations and cannot guarantee

Casino.
The Casino is a smoke-free establishment.*
* On May 31, 2006, Québec's casinos became
non-smoking establishments. They now provide guests with a completely
smoke-free environment, including in all gaming areas, bars,
restaurants, performance halls and reception halls. However, for the
benefit of our smoking customers, readily accessible smoking areas have
been set up outside.
